The loop that makes every post better than the last
Every day the system makes content, posts it, reads the numbers, and changes what it makes next. Agents run each step; you approve new accounts and money decisions. This page explains each turn of the loop and the rules that keep it honest.
Pick ideas
Searches, trends, questions and our own winners become ranked ideas.
Make content
Factories build slideshows, picture Reels, Shorts and long videos, each with a test variable.
Check quality
Automatic gates, then a reviewer. New accounts wait for your OK.
Post
Postiz publishes to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
Measure
Views, saves, clicks, DMs, signups and payments land on the board.
Decide
Winners get more weight, losers retire, and new tests start.
The decision step feeds the next morning's ideas, so the loop starts again from what worked.
1. Picking what to make
Each morning the idea engine gathers signals and turns them into a ranked queue that keeps 14 days of content ahead for every account.
What it reads
YouTube and Google autocomplete, the top recent videos in each niche, Reddit questions from our buyers' communities, Pinterest trends, and our own results: which topics, hooks and formats brought signups and saves.
How it ranks
Search demand, how beatable the existing videos are, fit with the audience, whether we can show real proof, novelty against what we've already made, and a learned weight from our own conversions.
Exploit and explore
70% of new content copies proven winners; 30% tries new topics, hooks or formats so we keep finding the next winner.
Every idea carries a job
Two hook versions, the long video it should lead to, and the freebie or CTA that fits it.
2. Making the content
| Where | What gets made | Built by | Daily volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| TikTok | Photo slideshows: a real-looking first slide, useful teaching slides, Fondoo mentioned midway and at the end | Slideshow factory, using Fondoo's own engine | ~10 per account |
| One-picture Reels with a long, useful caption that ends in a comment keyword | Persona photos + caption writer | 5–10 per account | |
| YouTube Shorts | 30–45 s teasers in layered 2.5D, mascot reacting, sending viewers to the long video | Shorts system | 3 per channel |
| YouTube long | ~10 min case studies, data studies, builds and how-tos with the mascot host | Long-video studio | 2 per channel, ramping |
| Guide pins made by Fondoo, linking to the matching page | Fondoo engine | 10–20 |
Every piece logs everything about itself: hook, cover style, photo mood, text style, slide count, CTA wording and placement, topic. That's what lets us learn which choices actually matter.
3. Checking it before it goes out
Automatic gates
Text readable on a phone and clear of the app's buttons, no image reused across accounts, motion and pacing scores for video, every number sourced, the “We make Fondoo” line where Fondoo appears, AI labels on any AI person.
A reviewer
A reviewing agent compares work against the reference styles we approved. The first post on any new account waits for your OK.
4. Getting views
Views come from the platforms' recommendation feeds, so the content is built for the signals each feed rewards.
Stop the scroll
The first second or first slide carries the hook. It's the most-tested part of every post.
Keep them watching
Something new on screen every one to two seconds in video; one idea per slide in slideshows; captions worth reading to the end on Instagram.
Earn saves and shares
Useful, specific tips people want to keep. Slideshows and picture Reels are judged on saves and shares, because that's what they're good at.
Send people deeper
Shorts link to the long video, TikTok points to the YouTube channel, Instagram comments trigger the freebie DM.
5. Reading the numbers
Every morning the collectors pull numbers into one warehouse and the private analytics board. Each post is measured at the same ages so posts compare fairly.
| Source | What it tells us |
|---|---|
| Postiz | Views, likes, comments and shares per post; reach and saves on Instagram; impressions and outbound clicks on Pinterest |
| YouTube | Views, watch time, average percent watched, subscribers, traffic sources, thumbnail impressions and click rate |
| DM service | Keyword comments, DMs sent, replies, freebie and link clicks, per post and per version |
| getfondoo.com | Visits, where they came from, which page they landed on |
| Fondoo | Previews started, signups, first posts made, trials, payments and monthly revenue, traced to the post that brought each person |
| TikTok Studio | Saves and completion rate, entered by hand where no API gives them |
6. Testing what works
We change one thing at a time and only call a winner when the numbers are big enough to trust.
- Pick one variableA hook, a cover style, a CTA, a freebie, a thumbnail. Everything else stays identical between the two versions.
- Run it on the same accountTwo versions on one account, in matched pairs, alternating which goes first. Accounts are never compared against each other, because each has its own audience.
- Wait for enough dataAt least 1,000 views per version and five pairs for slideshows, read at 72 hours. YouTube thumbnails use YouTube's own Test & Compare.
- Call it by the rule we set firstA version wins only if it's at least 20% better and wins four of five pairs. Otherwise it's marked “not enough evidence”, not a winner.
- Roll the winner forwardIt goes to the top of the hook library and into the idea engine's weights; the loser retires after two bottom finishes.
| What we test | How we judge it |
|---|---|
| Hooks and first slides | Saves and shares per 1,000 views; three-second hold for video |
| Covers, photo styles, text styles, slide counts | Saves and shares per 1,000 views, read across the whole fleet |
| CTA wording and placement | Comments and clicks per 1,000 views, then signups |
| Freebies and DM wording | Fondoo signups per 100 people who commented |
| Titles and thumbnails | YouTube's watch-time verdict |
| Free plan or card-up-front trial | Paying customers per 100 previews |
7. Changing what we do
| What the numbers show | What changes |
|---|---|
| A post gets views but nobody clicks | Test a stronger CTA and the mid-post Fondoo mention on the next posts |
| People click but don't sign up | Match the landing page to the hook; test the freebie |
| YouTube video gets few clicks but good watch time | New thumbnail and title test; the video itself is fine |
| Good clicks, early drop-off | The opening didn't deliver the promise; trim it and add the pattern to the “never” list |
| A topic wins on several accounts | Make more of that topic family, with fresh angles |
| A hook or format loses twice | Retire it |
| One account clearly outperforms | Clone its strategy into a new account |
8. Every Monday
The summary
Ten lines: what won, what died, what's next, with signups per 1,000 views per format.
Reweighting
Topics and formats are reweighted by what earned signups, and the idea queue is refreshed.
New accounts
One or two new accounts are added, each modelled on the best-converting account and audience.
Scaling
Once about 20 paying customers prove the funnel, revenue funds boosts of posts that already won, then paid creators reading our proven hooks.
