How our accounts turn posts into customers
Fondoo turns a blog, Shopify store or Etsy listings into pins, carousels and TikTok slideshows from the customer's own photos. This page explains the network of accounts that markets it: what each account posts, how a viewer becomes a paying customer, and how we decide what to post more of.
12 accounts, one engine
Someone stops scrolling
A useful tip, shown on real photos. The caption keeps them reading.
They comment a keyword
We DM a free guide plus a link to the YouTube channel that goes deeper.
Free Fondoo account
Paste a blog or shop link, get 10 pins from their own photos. No card.
$22 a month
Per brand. Autopilot, where we run it for them, is $149.
The accounts
Each account is its own brand with its own voice, made for one kind of buyer. Fondoo shows up in their content because it's the tool they use to make it. Every platform also has an official Fondoo account. Each account can run a different strategy; every week we add one or two more, copying whatever is converting best.

What each account posts
YouTube long videos
About ten minutes. A case study, a data study, a build, a teardown or a how-to, with a mascot host who pops in about twice a minute. Every claim is sourced, and every product demo uses real Fondoo output.
YouTube Shorts
15 to 35 seconds, faceless, cut in the style of How Money Works: real photos as cutouts, a change on screen every one to two seconds, a hook spoken from the first frame, and word-by-word captions.
TikTok slideshows
Five to eight slides. Slide one looks like a real photo with TikTok's own text bubble; the rest teach one thing clearly. The last slide points to the freebie and the YouTube channel.
Instagram picture Reels
A single strong image held on screen for six to nine seconds with audio, while the caption does the work: a long, specific, useful read that ends with a keyword to comment for the freebie.
From comment to customer
New accounts can't count on a clickable link in their bio, so on Instagram the funnel runs through comments and direct messages. TikTok has no way to message commenters automatically, so TikTok posts point people to the YouTube channel by name instead.
- The post ends with one ask“Comment PINS and we'll send you the checklist.” Each post makes a single request.
- An instant DM asks them to say yesInstagram allows one automatic message per comment, so the first DM asks them to reply YES. That opens a 24-hour window to talk.
- They reply and get the freebieThe second DM sends the guide, the matching YouTube video and a Fondoo link that tells us which post and which person it came from.
- The freebie does real workA checklist, template pack or short guide that solves one problem on its own, and shows where Fondoo saves time.
- They try Fondoo freePaste a link, see 10 pins made from their own photos, no card. The goal is a first post they'd actually publish.
- A short follow-up, then the planEmails on day 0, 1, 3 and 5: your pins, schedule your first week, carousels and slideshows, and what $22 keeps. No fake urgency.
How we decide what works
We test one thing at a time and only call a winner when the numbers are big enough. Accounts are never compared against each other, because each has its own audience: two versions run on the same account, at the same age, in matched pairs.
| What we test | Where | How a winner is called |
|---|---|---|
| The hook: first slide, first line or first two seconds | Every account | Saves and shares per 1,000 views at 72 hours; at least 20% better and winning 4 of 5 pairs |
| The freebie and the DM message | Instagram and TikTok | Free Fondoo signups per 100 freebies sent |
| The call to action | Last slide, caption, end of video | Comments per 1,000 views, then signups |
| Title and thumbnail | YouTube long videos | YouTube's own Test & Compare, judged on watch time |
| Format and topic | All | Signups per 1,000 views, per format, never pooled |
Every Monday we move effort toward what earned signups: 70% of the next week's posts copy the winners, 30% try new ideas. One or two new accounts are added the same way, each modelled on the best converting account and audience.
Replies and messages
Every comment gets read
Questions get a real answer in the reply, not just “check your DMs.” Keyword comments trigger the freebie. Complaints and support questions go to the Fondoo account.
Posting and messaging are separate
Postiz schedules and publishes every post. Comment-triggered DMs start on Meta's own free automation and move to our own small service, which lets us test different messages and freebies and log every conversation against the post it came from.
Rules every account keeps
Real results onlyNo invented numbers, testimonials or income claims. If something isn't measured yet, we say so.
The connection is disclosedEvery post that shows Fondoo says “We make Fondoo” in the caption and uses the platform's own brand setting. A bio line alone isn't enough.
No fake engagementOur accounts never like, comment on or promote each other, and we never buy views or followers.
Official tools onlyPosting goes through official APIs and the platforms' own apps, within each platform's limits.
Real photosCustomer-facing examples use real photos. Any AI-generated person is labelled as AI where the platform asks.
Every account is originalNo image is posted on two accounts; each account gets its own pictures and words. New accounts start at two posts a day and ramp to five.
